I am sorry to say I have lost track of when I first bought my custom orthotics. I do know that it was winter and I started with a lower arched orthotic. That worked well since I was using sheepskin insoles in my boots. By the time I moved to the next level I was in shoes. I have now been told that I have multiple neuromas on my feet so I continued to have some pain. The level of pain, however, was cut in half. At present they are all I can wear with a pair of New Balance shoes with a lot of foam on the bottom sole. I have worn them longer than I should and it is past time to move to a new pair. I think once the nuromas are taken care of, my feet will have far less pain if I stick with these orthotics.
